Most contracts with RPM are for between CAN$1250 and CAN$4500. For example, a 3-hour interactive workshop for up to 30 people costs CAN$2000, and research kick-off or reset services typically cost CAN$4000.
RPM charges CAN$250 per hour, billed in quarter-hour increments, for most services, e.g., providing one-on-one advice, assistance with project/program kick-off or reset, mid-term reviews, or developing customized fictional project examples to include in training.
The fee for training is $1000 for the first hour of training content delivered and $500 per hour for subsequent hours.
Canadian clients are charged 13% HST.
Yes. Clients who schedule the same workshop or webinar more than once receive a $500 discount on the second and subsequent training sessions.
RPM only collects and uses the information needed to provide services to clients.
For most people, this means that RPM collects their name and email address. Except for entering client information in applications used to provide services (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Certifier.io, Zoom), RPM does not disclose client information to any other organization.
In cases where clients use third-party organizations to pay for services (e.g., PayPal), RPM does not have access to the credit card information provided to those organizations.
RPM does not sell client information to any person or organization.

Yes. If you refer someone to RPM and they purchase services worth CAN$1000 or more, you will receive a complimentary signed paperback copy of Research Project Management and Leadership: A Handbook for Everyone (PA Paprica, University of Toronto Press, 2024).

All participants of workshops receive slide handouts for their training and a digital certificate of completion from Certifier.io.
Slide handouts and certificates of completion are not provided to webinar participants, but selected project management tools can be downloaded from the RPM Tools & Resources page.

Links to purchase physical copies are at the bottom of the free preview page for the book. Options include many booksellers including the University of Toronto Press, Chapters - Indigo, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.
Digital versions of the handbook are available from many vendors including the University of Toronto Press (PDF and EPUB), Chapters – Indigo (Kobo eBook), and Google (Google Play Books), and Vitalsource (eTextbook).
Generally, you will need to create a free account (or use an existing account) and download free software to read the digital version of the handbook. For example, you would need to create a free Adobe account and download Adobe Digital Editions to read the PDF and EPUB formats available from University of Toronto Press.
The websites of vendors that offer digital versions of the handbook may provide additional guidance.
Some browsers may not recognize the site you have purchased the digital book from as a secure site.
If this happens, instead of clicking on the download button/text, right click on the button/text and use the “Copy link address” command to copy the link, then paste it into another browser or browser window.

No. The creative commons license “CC BY-NC 2.0 Research Project Management (RPM)” has been added to downloadable tools to ensure that training content created by RPM is not used by organizations who charge fees for training and to ensure that content is attributed to Research Project Management when it used by other non-commercial organizations.
The text at the bottom of each downloadable RPM tool states, "No attribution is required, and this footer can be deleted, when used for project management purposes. Use for commercial purposes is prohibited."
