With RPM’s Three Page Project Management ™, in just one hour Project Managers/Coordinators and other team members can start using three highly useful and tailored project management tools: the work breakdown structure, deliverable-based Gantt schedule and the RPM Tracking Sheet.  RPM’s Three Page Project Management ™ Portal includes all the information required to learn and apply the three tools including videos, templates and reference documents.  Teams, departments and institutions also have the option of hands-on workshop training.  Contact info@researchpm.com to subscribe to the Portal or inquire about a workshop.

  • RPM Training and Capacity Building
Workshops and webcasts from $100 per person

Many globally-accepted tools and processes from the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) are underutilized in research.  RPM workshops and webcasts present select PMBOK® Guide tools and processes that have been tailored for innovative projects with high uncertainty.  Though suitable for all audiences, most RPM training is designed for Project Managers/Coordinators, Research Assistants, post-doctoral fellows and graduate students.  This has two advantages: it builds capacity in the next generation of researchers and frees up the Project Lead or Principal Investigator’s time to focus on the strategic activities that they are uniquely qualified to lead.  All RPM training can count toward the hours required to obtain or maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.  Both webcasts and workshops can be customized to include examples from the team or institution’s own projects. Contact info@researchpm.com for available webcasts, scheduling and pricing.
