About RPM
Research Project Management (RPM) is a boutique consulting firm with service offerings tailored for research and other innovative environments.
RPM was founded in 2013 by P. Alison Paprica, PhD, PMP. Prof. Paprica has worked with leading researchers on hundreds of public, not-for-profit, and private sector projects,
including as the director responsible for up to $60 million annual research investment at the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the
US-based Project Management Institute in 2001, she is among the first 3% of the ~one million people that hold PMP certification internationally.
As a strong supporter of research, and an expert practitioner of project management, Paprica has led work to adapt the most relevant global tools and processes so that
they work for research projects and other initiatives with high uncertainty.
